To maximize our availability, we reserve the rights to move your appointment with 15 minutes earlier or later from the original booking on the system.
CANCELATION POLICY
We have a £10 deposit policy that will be deducted from the total amount once treatment is completed. If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours from the date of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If you want to re-schedule your appointment with notice longer than 24 hours of the original booking, you can transfer the deposit to the new booking.
If we arrive at the address and there is no one present or you are not fit for the booked treatment without letting us known in advance, we will request a full amount of the treatment price to be paid.
